I'm Simon, a games journalist who isn't quite being paid for the job yet, but is certainly working on it. You can find me on Gamespot, 1up, Deviant Art, and of course my own website Extra Life, where you can read some of my work, gasp at how much I've written (maybe) and you could even buy select issues of my fanzine. I'm a huge fan of gaming (Currently I think I own somewhere in the region of 470 games excluding PC games), the DS, 360, GBA and PS2 are currently my most platforms, though I own many other consoles, such as the Dreamcast, Saturn, GC, Xbox, NGPC, GBC, Mega Drive, Master System, NES, SNES and some other bits and bobs. I prefer RPGs and Fighting games when it comes to specifying genres, but I'm also partial to great Music games, and Racing games, though I do play a bit of everything with the exception of football games, can't stand them. I'm also an Anime and Manga nut, have watched/read countless series (and reviewed them in my fanzine) and am always on the lookout for new things to read and watch. My favourite animes include GTO, Genshiken, Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Panic and GITS, my favourite Mangas are Genshiken, Bleach, GetBackers and Tokyo Babylon. That's all.
